Isn't it funny the things we did as kids. My cousin (older than me) said that when I saw a funeral car pass I had to hold onto the tip of my collar, spit and then hold my collar until I saw a dog :p I think I found out later it was just a joke, but I was convinced that if I let go before I spied a dog I would end up in a coffin ~ before my time. He was like a big brother to me!!!
Sorry neko...:) lost it! I think you queried *zebra* crossing? Does Pelican help? The white lines across the road to halt traffic while you cross? Is Hawaii different?
