...and just like love that beautiful light can sometimes burn you and leave you in so much pain that just lingers on and on. :)
It's not a problem these days but I remember. Hello Sandy~

And knowing all that still you are drawn, compelled, like a moth to the flame. :-)

Hello Stephen and thanks for popping by, sorry I have been a bit remiss on my visits.

Yes, Sandy, "moth to the flame" first came to mind. Not sure I would call that love though! More like call of the siren, LOL.

Why is it that the moth's attraction to the flame inspires mystical, romantic ideas in us, but the same moth's attraction to my porchlight just annoys the heck out of me? ;-)

Nice photo, Sandy.

Sandy,

Happy new year. Not sure I've wished you that yet. Enjoyed your pixelated candle, it looks like I felt last Saturday morning, made up of bits, plus you could see the joins. Or I could have been an American quilt, though not sown with skill, too much cotton trailing here and there, and mishapen. Hey, but that's enough of my hangovers...

Well, it's back to staring at the candle. Ommmmm
